Shipping Your Package
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Delivery times then depend on our partner, La Poste, and may take 2 to 3 business days depending on the shipping method. We also deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK, and other countries. Shipping fees are calculated automatically.

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the Paris region, allowing for 24/48-hour delivery within mainland France.

For Corsica, delivery may take up to 7 business days via Colissimo.

For overseas French territories (DOM-TOM), these are considered international exports. Please contact us before placing your order. Shipping fees range from €80 to €120 depending on the product model.

For Belgium and Luxembourg, delivery takes 48 to 72 hours.

For Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK, delivery takes up to 72 hours.

For Switzerland, please note that taxes will apply, in addition to a flat-rate shipping fee of €40.

The chosen shipping methods, at our discretion, include GLS, TNT, or La Poste (Colissimo).

For Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK, and other countries, shipping fees are calculated automatically.

If you wish to request delivery with signature confirmation, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us at contact@globlevillage.fr.

Depending on the selected shipping method, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible so you can monitor the delivery of your package online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage. They may consist of a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.

We recommend grouping all your items in a single order.

We cannot combine two separate orders unless explicitly requested by the customer.

Shipping times may vary depending on the type of product, any unforeseen circumstances, recipient absence, or incorrect address—potentially extending delivery by 5 to 6 days.

Were you absent during the delivery attempt by GLS / TNT / La Poste?
The delivery notice left in your mailbox will now allow you to:

  • Choose a new delivery date to your home (within 6 days), or

  • Collect your parcel from a La Poste pickup point of your choice, starting the next day from 3:00 PM.

Return Conditions:

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it to us
(after having made a return request by email at contact@globlevillage.fr), in perfect condition and in its original packaging (sealed blister pack). Return shipping costs are, of course, the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be made within 14 business days of receiving the item. We will then proceed with either an exchange or a refund (excluding initial and return shipping costs), based on your preference.

Beyond the withdrawal period (14 business days), no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
