Warranty extension

Extended Warranty:

With the extended warranty offered by Globle Village, extend the coverage for your Bosch motor and battery from 2 years to 3 years!

Terms of the Offer:

  • For €99 including tax per bike, a one-year warranty extension is granted for either a single or dual battery.

  • What does this extension cover? Your bike will benefit from one additional year of coverage for the Bosch motor and battery after the manufacturer's warranty expires (please note that the display, controller, and wiring are not included, unlike in the original Bosch warranty).

  • This offer is exclusively for private individuals (not available for professionals).

  • The warranty extension must be maintained annually or every 3000 km at a Cyclable store in order to remain valid.

  • The warranty is only valid and applied in the store where the extension was originally purchased.

  • When can I subscribe to the extension? At the time of bike purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from incidents (accident, theft, etc.)

  • Damage caused by improper use or insufficient maintenance
